Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for all appointment cancellations. cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations or failure to notify will be considered a no-show. Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the service. Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to schedule future appointments. appointments may be rescheduled with no penalty if 24 hours' notice is provided. frequent last-minute reschedule requests may require prepayment to secure future bookings. I understand that unexpected emergencies and illness can occur. Please contact me as soon as possible in such circumstances, and exceptions may be made.
